Approach:
This 5 day course is delivered in a workshop environment by accredited MSP™ trainers with practical experience of program management ensuring that you can apply what is learned in the classroom to your own real life programs. The course blends formal presentation with practical case study based exercises. Ample time is provided for discussion and clarification of the method with our experienced trainers. Pre-course preparation material is provided to ensure all delegates get the maximum benefit from the training event.
