Course Structure:3 days of face-to-face training. Newcomers to project management or practicing project practitioners who wish to refresh their knowledge of fundamental project management concepts, tools and techniques. There are no pre-requisites for the course. Training Course Description:This popular training program provides an integrated approach to learning with a balance of theory and practical components. The theory is demonstrated to participants in a project team environment through relevant, practical activities designed to reinforce the learning outcomes. Within each module, learners examine each of the project management knowledge areas including Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communication, Risk and Procurement Management.
